Conference and Meeting Room Capacities

The Roundthorn has a flexible range of Meeting Rooms and Conference Suites available to you, as follows:

Conference Room set up Boardroom Style
The Cumbrian Suite
set up for a Private Dinner

The Cumbrian Suite - can accommodate up to 150 delegates Theatre Style and is also suitable for Boardroom, Classroom or Cabaret style set-ups for 20 - 100 delegates. This room was recently refurbished and has the following features:

  • Air Conditioning
  • Natural Light with Full Blackout Facility
  • Controllable Lighting
  • Sound System with Hearing Loop
  • Broadband Internet Access
  • Disabled Access

The Lowther Room - our latest addition, can accommodate 20 delegates Boardroom or up to 16 U-shape. This room also has broadband access.

The Eamont Room - can accommodate comfortably 18 delegates Boardroom or 12 delegates U-shape.

The Eden Room - is similar in size to the Eamont and can accommodate 10 - 14 delegates dependent on room layout.

All our meeting rooms have wifi access and natural daylight with blackout facilities.

All are attractively decorated, providing a pleasant environment in which to meet.
